final decision-making authority for variance proposals rests with the
Estes Valley Board of Adjustment. |

The final decision-making authority for development plan proposals rests
with the Estes Valley Planning Commission. |
|
The final decision-making authority for all other proposals
located inside the city limits of the Town of Estes Park rests with the Town
of Estes Park Board of Trustees. |
|
The final decision-making authority for all other
proposals located outside the city limits of the Town of Estes Park rests
with the Larimer County Commissioners. |
|
Any
revisions to the jointly adopted Estes Valley Development Code,
the governing
document, are considered and adopted through a public-hearing process that is
held before the respective elected boards, with each acting independently.
