Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan

   

 

What is it?

The Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan is a land use plan for the Estes Valley. The plan was jointly adopted by Larimer County and the Town of Estes Park in December 1996. A statistical update to Chapter 3, a portion of Chapter 4, and Appendix One was adopted on July 15, 2008. At that time, the Estes Valley Housing Needs Assessment was adopted in its entirety by reference.
