The Variance Application Process
Variances within the Estes Valley
require review by the Estes Valley Board of Adjustment,
which has final decision-making authority over variance requests. All variance
decisions within the Estes Valley are governed by the Estes
Valley Development Code.
Variance Applications
Prior to submitting an application for a variance, schedule a
pre-application conference with a Planner.
Pre-application conferences must occur a minimum of two weeks prior to the
application submittal deadline.
