Community Development administers address assignments and address changes within the Town of Estes Park. Please contact planning@estes.org or call 970-577-3717 for more information.
Staff will assist customers in filling out an application for an address change and will route the request to all relevant agencies for approval and recording. Denial is possible if the proposed address is already in use anywhere in Larimer County, or if there are foreseeable challenges with emergency services response. There is a $100 fee associated with address changes.
Address assignments are also routed to relevant agencies within the Town and County. There is no fee associated with receiving a new address assignment for a vacant or newly created lot.
